Just off Pentonville Road, a short wander from Angel, you’ll find us doing what pubs do best – good food, cold drinks, big games and a pretty solid excuse to stay for another one.
Head upstairs and you’ll find our rooftop garden, complete with a big screen for the sport and plenty of room for cosy pints, cocktails and catching up with your favourite people. Back downstairs, there are five more screens showing all the biggest games across Sky Sports and TNT Sports.
Hungry? Expect proper pub favourites, small plates made for sharing, loaded-up sharers and a Sunday roast worth leaving the house for. Basically, whether you’re here for a quick bite or settling in for the afternoon, we’ve got you covered.
Birthday drinks? We’re in. After-work pints? Obviously. Sunday lunch? Our weekly ritual. Meeting the mates for “just one” and accidentally making a night of it? That’s kind of our speciality.

Five screens downstairs, a huge screen on the rooftop and Sky Sports + TNT Sports means you won’t be missing the action. Expect plenty of football, rugby, F1, pints and plenty of noise.

The rugby’s back. The pints are cold. The screens are on.
We’ll be showing the Autumn Nations across the pub on Sky and TNT, with five screens inside and the big one up on the rooftop. There’ll be plenty of food too, because sitting through 80 minutes of rugby is thirsty work.
Come down for a match, stay for the inevitable debate about that last tackle, that dodgy decision and why nobody in the pub would’ve made the same mistake.
The weather’s turned, so we’ve turned to the good stuff. Winter cocktails bring together warming spice, bright citrus, richer flavours and a few twists on the classics.
Come in from the cold, find your favourite corner and stay for one more. Rooftop drinks might be off the cards for now, but there’s still a very good reason to linger at The Castle.
